Meet Kathie Fallstead. After years of working in New York's fast-paced corporate sector and being frustrated by the lack of quality fresh produce in her own neighborhood, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
She opened Subjectspecialist Fresh Fruit Store at 1110 Dekalb Ave to share her passion for healthy living with the community. Today, Kathie is a familiar face at the store, hand-selecting inventory and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a basket of health.
